This notice explains how the Mind4Flow website uses cookies and similar technologies, including local and session storage. MIND 4 FLOW s.r.o. is the controller; full contact details are set out in our Privacy Notice.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local storage and session storage allow a browser to retain similar information. Strictly necessary technologies keep the website operating and remember your choice. With your permission, analytics technologies help us understand how the website is used.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: used for website security, authorised administrator access, and remembering your cookie choice. Consent is not required and these technologies cannot be disabled in our settings.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us measure traffic and understand website use. Neither the Google tag nor analytics cookies are loaded unless you expressly allow this category.
- External content: previews of posts from social networks (Instagram). Until you allow this category, nothing is requested from those providers, so not even your IP address is shared with them. You will see a link to our profile instead of the previews.
We do not currently use marketing cookies or personalised advertising tools. If this changes, we will update this notice and ask for fresh consent before activating them.

4. Giving, refusing, or withdrawing consent
On your first visit, you can accept, reject, or configure the optional technologies category by category. Refusing is as easy as accepting, no optional category is selected in advance, and the website remains fully available.
You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the footer. When you withdraw consent, we stop further measurement and remove analytics cookies that can be deleted from our website. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. You can also remove cookies in your browser settings.
5. Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It processes page views, events, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google uses the full IP address briefly to derive approximate location and then discards it before logging or storage. Depending on the Analytics property setting, user-level and event-level data is retained for no more than 14 months.

6. Changes to this notice
