Many companies know they "should do something with AI". The problem is that nobody knows where to begin, so nothing happens.
The good news: you do not need to understand AI deeply at the start. You only need to know where it can save time - and build from there.
1. Find one annoying activity
Do not start with a huge transformation. Find one thing that wastes your team's time every week: repeated e-mails, rewriting notes, preparing reports or searching through documents.
That is your first pilot.
2. Try it on a small real case
Take one real situation and test whether AI can help. Not a training example - your actual e-mail, document or spreadsheet.
If it works, you have the first result. If it does not, you have learned something with very little risk.
3. Teach the workflow to the team
One success is useful, but real change starts when more people can use the same workflow. That is why we begin with shared foundations and practical training.
You do not have to do it alone
This is exactly what we do with companies: align the basics, find the first opportunity and build the workflow together. Without unnecessary theory.
If you do not know where to start, book a call.
